(1) PlaySafe ID
(2) Steam ID
(3) Reason

Once your request has been received, our support team will review it within 48 hours. Please note that response times may be extended during holiday periods.

Important:

- All requests are reviewed manually by our support team.
- To protect the integrity of our verification system, requests linked to suspicious activity, such as account sharing or penalty circumvention, will be denied.
- Violations of our Terms of Service may result in a review of your account and further action being taken, up to and including a permanent ban in severe cases.
