If you believe you have been falsely banned and would like to appeal, please follow these steps:

- Contact the game developer that banned your game account and lodge an appeal with them.
- If the appeal is successful, we get notified by the game developer and we will then review your PlaySafed ID penalty.

We will be developing our own independant appeals process in the coming months.
