If you would like to view the details of any bans / penalties you may have received, you can head over to the penalties page.

Here, you'll be able to view information about any bans / penalties you may have received. You can see the following information:

- The penalty reference code
- The status of the ban
- Ban application date, expiry date and days remaining
- The game you were caught cheating in
- The offence type of your penalty

   

Please note: If you have a currently active penalty, you will be unable to access PlaySafe protected matchmaking in ANY game we are integrated with until your penalty has been served.
