This has zero effect on offline games. We only operate in multiplayer games.

If you were caught cheating and suffered a ban on your PlaySafe ID account, you’ll still be able to play games normally (on your game accounts that have not been banned), you just wouldn't be able to play in PlaySafe Protected matchmaking until your penalty has been served.
